Cheshire IT Solutions have been providing IT support, web sites, hosting, bespoke applications, computer repairs, security consultancy and training to individual users and small business since 1995.We are based just outside Altrincham in South Manchester and service clients anywhere inside a fifty mile radius off our offices.
Our business has grown largely on the basis of word of mouth. We take pride in providing fast and cost effective solutions for all our clients and we have been rewarded by their loyalty. We don't employ sales staff, everyone who works for Cheshire IT Solutions is a hands on techie, because we know that our clients don't want to spend their time dealing with a salesperson and certainly don't want to pay a premium for this. The only people that you will speak to when you're dealing with Cheshire IT Solutions are technical staff who will be giving you advice and sorting out your problems.
We also provide remote support services that save us time and our clients money. Once we've set up to provide remote support, more often than not we are able to sort the problem out in just a few minutes. All you need is access to the internet on the problem machine and to be running the software that we provide for you. once you authorise access we can log onto your machine and generally sort out any minor problems in just a few minutes.
