If you miss the Run command from the start menu in Windows XP or Vista getting it back in Windows 7 is very straightforward. Click the Start button and then right click anywhere in the start menu and select "Properties"
Then Select "Customize"
Then tick the "Run Command" box and click on OK
Next time you click on the start button the run command will be there at the bottom on the right side.
